We were referred to KC by a work colleague, and he was even BETTER than described. From the very start, he was calm, honest and communicative. And when I say communicative I mean, that man knows how to respect boundaries. No sleazy salesman stuff here. KC also took time to get to know me, my kids and my spouse, in a genuine way where every interaction started with a meaningful conversation-not just an immediate business chat. He was very flexible-he would text, call, email…whatever the needed to keep both my spouse and I in the loop at all times (which was extra effort because we have very different schedules) and would meet us to show homes at OUR convenience. KC also spent a lot of time teaching us (first time buyers) what’s bad about a house. He never tried to put lipstick on a pig to make a sale. This whole process, which we thought would be highly stressful, was basically a breeze. And that’s saying a lot in a San Diego market. Hire this man to buy or sell your home-you’ll get a homegrown, salt of the earth guy who will bend over backwards and be direct, truthful and make a hard time become a great time. You won’t regret it. Oh. And trust him on vendor suggestions if you’re doing anything to your house. It’s a good call the whole way around. :)

I couldn’t ask for a better experience with a Realtor than I had with KC. He was transparent, knowledgeable , responsive, and didn’t sugar coat things. Rather than sell the dream he told me the reality of what each home I viewed needed and provided a rough estimate of what that would cost. I appreciated his thoroughness throughout the process and he made sure to check in and ask if I was comfortable throughout. KC is the agent anyone would be lucky to have when buying a home! An excellent communicator, great listener, resourceful, team player, follows up on any issue requested, great attitude, works as if he was getting the home for himself and explained why he would or would not want a given property from his point of view. From the beginning he made us feel like a part of his family and demonstrated how important was for him that we felt at ease in the process whether or not we bought a home and no matter how long we took to make a decision. He spent several hours doing research for us, sending us homes to look out, always in contact, taking us to various properties, and so on. We loved his expertise in the entire County of San Diego and his knowledge and abilities to identify pros and cons contained in each property as we walked through it. He formulated a set of questions to get to know our interests and set up a way to show us homes for sale in the app where him and us could comment in properties that would qualify according to our discussed needs and preferences. He strategized an analysis of what and what not stood out in the properties we visited for the team to identify and us to decide what we wanted in a home. We felt so good knowing that KC would be with us every step of the way, during the inspections and after the purchase. The home bought as investment, was rented the month following the closing of escrow. KC linked us to his team of landscaping, home repair and other. KC is truly an amazing real estate agent!
