KC is hands down the best realtor we could have asked for. We bought our house about four months ago and I will only recommend him to anyone buying in the area. Before we even started seriously looking, he spent an entire weekend just driving us around different neighborhoods so we could get a feel for what we actually liked. He never once tried to rush us or push us into something. He always made sure we understood the pros and cons of every neighborhood and every house. When we toured homes, he looked at everything through the lens of an inspector. Because of his experience with flipping houses and construction, he caught things we never would have noticed and gave us incredibly valuable insight. We were referred to KC by a work colleague, and he was even BETTER than described. From the very start, he was calm, honest and communicative. And when I say communicative I mean, that man knows how to respect boundaries. No sleazy salesman stuff here. KC also took time to get to know me, my kids and my spouse, in a genuine way where every interaction started with a meaningful conversation-not just an immediate business chat. He was very flexible-he would text, call, email…whatever the needed to keep both my spouse and I in the loop at all times (which was extra effort because we have very different schedules) and would meet us to show homes at OUR convenience. KC also spent a lot of time teaching us (first time buyers) what’s bad about a house. He never tried to put lipstick on a pig to make a sale. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with a Realtor than I had with KC. He was transparent, knowledgeable , responsive, and didn’t sugar coat things. Rather than sell the dream he told me the reality of what each home I viewed needed and provided a rough estimate of what that would cost.
